How corporate catering with Dana Prime starts
Office managers and HR leads across Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah start with a short brief, not a long form. Tell us your headcount, preferred days, dietary mix and any equipment limits at your office (pantry space, lift access, serving times), and we put together a menu shortlist from our 136 dishes across 16 courses.
- Brief: A quick call or WhatsApp exchange covers headcount, frequency (daily or weekly), service style and any recurring dietary needs across the team.
- Tasting: Before anything is booked, we invite you to a free tasting at our premises or arrange a sample at your office, so the people signing off the plan can taste the actual dishes going into rotation.
- Delivery: Once the menu and schedule are confirmed, our own delivery, setup and serving team takes over, arriving within agreed windows and clearing down after service.
This structure exists because office lunch catering is rarely a one-off. Most of our 22 client organisations run daily or weekly service on an ongoing basis, so we build the plan to be repeatable from week one rather than treating it as a single event.
We work with whoever manages the lunch programme internally, whether that is an office manager, an HR lead or an admin team, and we keep one point of contact so changes to headcount or timing do not need to be re-explained each week. If your organisation has multiple sites across the UAE, we can align menus and delivery windows across locations so every office receives a consistent standard.
There is no obligation at the brief or tasting stage. We quote after the tasting, once you have seen and eaten the actual dishes and confirmed the schedule that suits your office.
Vegetarian, vegan and allergen handling
Most offices we serve have a mix of dietary needs across the team, so we capture this at headcount level before service begins rather than leaving it to be sorted out on the day. During the brief, we ask for a simple breakdown: how many colleagues need vegetarian or vegan meals, and whether anyone has a specific allergen to avoid.
- Vegetarian and vegan: dishes such as paneer makhani, chana masala, vegetable moussaka, mushroom risotto, grilled halloumi skewers and aubergine parmigiana are built into rotation so vegetarian colleagues are not served the same one or two dishes every week.
- Allergen awareness: once we know which allergens are relevant to your office (commonly nuts, shellfish, dairy or gluten), we flag affected dishes in the rotation and offer suitable substitutes from the wider menu.
- Per-head accuracy: for offices with a fixed headcount, we work to confirmed numbers per dietary category so vegetarian or allergen-safe portions are not an afterthought or a shortfall on the day.
Requests can be updated as your team changes. If new starters join with different dietary needs, or an existing colleague's requirements change, you can flag this ahead of the next delivery cycle rather than waiting for a full menu review.
Our kitchens hold ISO 22000 and HACCP certification, and our own delivery, setup and serving team follows the same handling standards from kitchen to office, including how dietary-specific trays are labelled and kept separate during transport and service. This matters most for offices with several dietary categories running in parallel, where mislabelling causes far more disruption than a missed side dish. We are happy to walk through how a specific allergen or dietary mix would be handled before you confirm a schedule.
Delivery, setup and collection for offices across the UAE
Office lunches depend on predictable timing, so delivery windows are agreed as part of the initial brief and held to for the length of the service. Whether your office is in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah or elsewhere in the UAE, our own delivery, setup and serving team handles transport, plating and clearance rather than leaving it to a third party.
- Delivery windows: we agree a fixed arrival window based on your lunch schedule, typically ahead of service so food is set out and ready when your team breaks for lunch.
- Setup: our team lays out chafing dishes, salad and dessert stations or individual trays according to your office space, whether that is a pantry, breakout area or dedicated dining room.
- Serving staff: for offices that prefer attended service rather than self-serve, our own serving staff can be present through the lunch period to manage the line and refresh dishes.
- Collection: equipment, trays and any leftover food are collected after service, keeping your pantry or breakout space clear for the rest of the working day.
Because delivery, setup and serving are handled by our own team rather than subcontracted, the same standards apply whether your office takes daily service or a weekly rotation, and any changes to headcount or timing are communicated directly rather than through an intermediary.
For offices with multiple floors or buildings on one site, we can coordinate staggered delivery so each location receives food within its own lunch window. If your schedule changes for a public holiday, an internal event or a temporary headcount shift, tell us in advance and we will adjust the next delivery accordingly. We quote after the tasting, once delivery windows and setup requirements are confirmed for your specific office.
Why offices across Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah choose Dana Prime
Dana Prime has operated since 1998, cooking from our own kitchens in Abu Dhabi Industrial City (ICAD II) rather than outsourcing production. That single kitchen base is what allows us to cook more than 7,000 meals daily while keeping the same quality control across every order, from a single-office weekly lunch to ongoing service across several sites.
- Own kitchens, own team: food is prepared, delivered and served by our own staff throughout, with no handover to third parties between kitchen and office.
- Capacity: cooking more than 7,000 meals a day means a single office lunch order, however small or large, is handled alongside our wider daily production without compromising on the rotation or timing agreed with you.
- Menu depth: 136 dishes across 16 courses give office managers enough range to run a genuinely varied weekly rotation rather than repeating the same handful of dishes.
- Certification: our kitchens hold ISO 22000 and HACCP certification, covering food safety management from procurement through to service.
- Track record: we currently serve 22 client organisations on daily or weekly lunch programmes, and hold a 4.6-star Google rating from people who have used the service.
We ask every prospective client to taste the menu before booking anything. This is not a formality: it means the person responsible for the office lunch programme has actually eaten the dishes going into rotation, checked portion sizes and confirmed the standard before committing your team to it.
You can also ask us for references from existing client organisations in your emirate, so you can hear directly how delivery timing, dietary handling and menu rotation have worked in practice over an ongoing service period, rather than relying on our description alone.
